These General Conditions of Sale and Delivery shall apply to all purchase contracts that are included with the Web Shop Shop.

By ordering you accept these terms and conditions.

The buyer declares to be of legal age with full capacity to purchase online.

Warranty:
Legal warranty of product conformity according to the European Union legislation

We don't accept returned articles.
Please verify immediately the products integrity in presence of shipper; in case of products damaged don't accept the package, inform the shipper, you write in the transport document and contact us immediately 

Cash on delivery
Accepted only in Italy, the cost of the service is €. 11,00; in the event of a return, the purchase cost will be refunded only by bank transfer.
NB, cash only, checks will not be accepted.

Import Taxes
For sales to non-EU countries, where not indicated in the order, customs may require the payment of Customs Duties, depending on the country of destination.

Refunds
In case of withdrawal, Oliviera Santangelo  commits to refunding the amount equivalent to the full value of the purchased product.
For purchases outside the EU, customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded by Oliviera Santangelo . 
To receive a refund, the customer must contact the local customs office directly.

Rights on the contents of this Website
The Owner holds and expressly reserves every intellectual property right on the aforementioned contents.

Governing Law
Oliviera Santangelo is an Italian company. The sales platform is located in Italy, where the purchase is processed and completed. Therefore, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, specifically by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the regulations on distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce

Legal and administrative disputes
COMPETENT COURT: For any dispute arising or deriving from the application of this contract, the parties conventionally derogate the competence in favor of the court of Siena (Italy).
